Who are we?
Comme Chez Toi is a Social Real Estate Agency. We offer housing at prices lower than those charged on the private market.
Specifically, we are your trusted point of contact for the entire duration of the rental. Just as with owners who entrust us with their properties for management, we work with the goal of efficient management and’a relationship based on respect.
To be eligible for housing, you must meet access conditions and introduce a housing request. Once registered, you will then be added to our waiting list.
We operate on a seniority basis: once you reach the top of the list, you will receive a housing offer, followed by a viewing of the property, and an allocation if all criteria are met. Then our collaboration begins!
To access housing managed by AIS Comme Chez Toi, you must meet the following conditions
You must legally reside in Belgium, be of legal age, an emancipated minor, or a minor granted independent living status.
No member of your household may own real estate, either in Belgium or abroad, whether it is freehold property, a long-term leasehold, or a usufruct.
Your net taxable income cannot exceed the income limits for public housing (except in the case of debt mediation)
Your household cannot submit a housing application if they are already housed by a Public Service Housing Company or another Social Housing Agency.
We invite you to return as early as January next year!
For informational purposes and to prepare your application file, your housing request must be composed of the following elements:
- a duly completed and signed housing application form
- photocopy of the identity cards of adult household members
- photocopy of your household inventory
- proof of income (latest tax notice, certificate from the CPAS, etc.)
- possibly, from the custody agreement or court order
- from any other document you deem useful (name change, unhealthiness, debt mediation, etc.)
Upon receipt of your complete file, you will receive written confirmation of your enrollment, your file number, as well as your enrollment reference date by mail.
Incomplete applications are returned in their entirety to the applicant, with mention of the missing document(s). Please note that an incomplete application does not in any way count as registration.
No housing requests will be accepted by email.
